This week we are learning the 'ch' sound. This can be a bit tricky for children to grasp as it is two sounds together so we are just focusing on this sound for the week . Here is the 'ch' song to sing at home☺
1. CVC word pictures. The children will need to sound out each CVC word and cut and paste the accompanying picture.
2. _un word family. The children will write the correct initial sound to the picture. They will then trace the full word beside it and colour the picture.
3. Oral language sheet. Oral language sheet as normal. This fortnight's theme is the Garden Centre.
4. Tricky Word. This weeks tricky word is 'here'. Use the word 'here' to make as many sentences as you can!
Homework will be collected on Friday morning so please ensure the folders are in their bags for collection on Friday.
